Were these parts calibrated for your vehicle specifically? If you're adding parts, especially ones that may alter air flow characteristics, you may be setting yourself up for this to happen. Remember your engine is designed to work with the pieces from the factory, the pcm is programmed for best all-around usage with the stock parts. These new parts may have parameters that your pcm can't allow for, that isn't the cold air intake that may ingest water into the engine I hope?

What code are you getting? The water problem was noted on another forum concerning one of the intake systems available, not saying definitely yours, just making a note of it, apparently while driving thru water, it was being splashed and pulled up into the intake
