2005 Ford Mustang Whistling Noise

2005 Ford Mustang 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 107000 miles
My car recently ran hot, and I got the water pump and thermostat change once that was changed water start coming from the intake manifold and the tail pipe. So my intake gaskets was changed and the leak stopped. Now I am having a whistling noise coming from the enging area when my car is cold or first cranked. When I press the gas it worsens but once the car warms up the whistling noise stops. What could this be?
