I have a 1999 ford mustang GT 4.6L V8. And I can not figure out why it will not start. The only problem is that it only doesnt start when its cold out. Like early in the morning when I get up to go to school its too cold out for it to start, but when I come home after it has warmed up a bit it starts right up. I live in florida so its not cold all day long yet. We have tried a couple different things such as trying a new battery. But it still doesnt start when it is cold out. Please help me THANKS!

Try the electronic coolant temp sensor, it acts like a choke on sefi engines. It's on the top right front of the engine, in front of injector #1.
