I have a 1995 mustang that the radiator overflow has oil in it. What could cause this? The oil does not have coolant in it.

There is nothing in the oil dipstick but oil. There is only black oily residue in the radiator overflow. The car is not running hot it was discovered when doing a routine oil change.
