For awhile now, my car stalls out when turning every once and awhile. If im parked, and i turn the wheel, i see the RPM's fall from about 800 to 500 and almost stall out. I have an intake gasket leak, im not sure if this is contributing to this. I do have some "air" performance upgrades.

Try cleaning the Idle Air Control Motor. Also clean out around the butterfly in the throttle bore with carb cleaner and a rag. This should help stabilize the idle.
