The passenger side power window would intermitently close (up) but never open. I pulled the motor and put it on the driver side switch. Motor was good. swapped the known good switch to bad side, no change. Here is the weird part, if I open the driver door all the way, the passenger window works. Shut the driver door the passenger window stops. I know the passenger window switch on the driver side has to be installed in order for the passenger window to work with either switch but I have no clue how to start trouble shooting this. It might be in the wiring harness.
