Engine Cooling problem
1988 Ford Mustang V8 Two Wheel Drive Manual
I have flushed the block, new 195 thermostat, new water pump, and 3 core radiator. Had a electric fan and the car would run at 205-210 but with the ac it ran 210-220ish. I just swapped the electric fan and put the clutch fan and stock shroud back in and it still runs about the same. Doesn't this seem hot for this car? I read somewhere that these mustangs ran between 195 and 220 degrees normal. Even the stock gauge says normal is between all of these. I live in Las Vegas and its hot. Any suggestions. Thanks for your help.
