Ford Mondeo deisel engine starting problem.

Hi there, my ford mondeo started giving me problem. It dose not start after a 4 or more hours gap. I have to use easy start & once it started & gets warmed up then there is no problem to start again apart from it takes bit longer to start. Its not even proper winter but still a weather changed. Some said to me its glow plugs! Please help me to solve this problem.

Scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge first.

Sorry thught this was a gas motor, don't know diesels that well.
