Noises problem
1987 Ford LTD V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

hello! my 1987 ford ltd 2-door crown vic is making a clicking sound from what i think is the fuel pump relay i replaced the fuel pump relay with a new one and also the eec relay and still get the clicking sound the same time the clicking sound is going on the fuel pump runs at the same time and does not shut off!!but yet i un hooked the fuel filter and have gas pressure.. als if i spray fuel into the carb the car will run for a few sec.. any help would be great...
