We recently had an issue with our van where the engine would die once we turned the dial to start the defogger to blow. The RPMs will dive from 2000 down and there is a whriing sound from the engine, then the engine dies. We had some heavy rain at the time. Water effecting the the PCM? Started the van up again and had everything off (fan, ac, defrog, defrost, lights, radio etc...) runs ok. Hit the ac button and it dies just as above. ??
