Ford Focus window problem

I have a 2001 focus.80,000 or so miles.

the back window was down half way and my 6 year old was pushing down on it, and "POP" down it goes. Went to take door panel off. Cant seem to get it to cooperate.

Question:
what special tools do I need if any? And on the top, are there clips or what holding it on?

No special tools really, once the bottom and middile is undone, there are large screws at the door pull that go to the shell, push the panel up towards the sky and it should pop right off, just dont force too hard as you may not see all of the clips and screws the first time,
the regulator is what probably broke
