2002 Ford Focus, 89,000 miles, automatic transmission, 4-cylinder.

I'm having the transmission rebuilt because my car was idling between drive and overdrive (wouldn't go over 40mph - engine would start revving/seem to shift to neutral).

What's a fair price for an overhaul on this?
