I got my tires aligned today and all is great in the new report, but my left front tire is in red for the camber it is at -1.3 which is right at the top of the numbers it should be at is that bad?

There is a caster camber kit that can be used if needed but I would say the number is much higher than it should be. Attached are the specs for your car. I try to shoot for mid range unless it's for a specific reason, like a race car or something like a loaded work vehicle.

I have a 2006 ford focus. Recently I hit a curb which caused my front passenger tire to blow out. I replaced the tire immediately but now the new tire is toed out slightly to the right. So when the steering wheel is straight and the drivers side tire is straight, the passenger tire is angled ever so slightly to the right. It is very noticeable when I drive it. The car is constantly veering to the right and the tires squeal loudly when keeping the car angled straight. Is this an alignment issue, a bent tie rod or something more?

More than likely it is both, something is bent and will need realignment. Your tire will wear extremely fast on that side so get it looked at and fixed right away. I would suggest not driving this at highway speeds.

Most likely when you hit the rim you may have also could have bent the tie rod? That would also messed up the alignment and the pull to the right even with the steering wheel straight.

Upon inspecting the tie rod I see that is bent. Is that the main source of the problem? I'd hate to replace it just to fund out that wasnt the problem

Based off the image I've provided can you tell me of anything else needs to be replaced, other than the tie rod? I can prove more pics with different angles if you need them. I'm very desperate for help as I can not afford to have a mechanic do it for me. I'm hand with cars and have successfull completed many repairs but this exceeds my knowledge.

Based on the pictures, what I can see is that the tie rod is bent causing the wheel to be out of allignment and pulling to the right. Check the front drive shaft, it looks a little bent. What I would do is take it to a shop like Midas Muffler and have them check it out. They will give you an estimate on the cost, but you don't need it done there and sometimes they can be pushy so if you don't want it done say so up front. Just an estimate if you don't want to. You will need a allignment after you replace the parts though.

It seems that wheel alignment cost is almost as much as the two rear shocks + their labor.

1) Do I really need it? Are there serious risks without it?

2) The corresponding tires are bound to be replaced in about 3 months. Should I just omit the alignment now and do one after the new tires are installed?

You shouldnt need an alignment by having the shocks changed. But after the tires are changed you should so they will last longer and improve the vehicles handling.

I would omit he alignment for now.

Lately I had trouble with my front tires getting wearing from inner edges. I replaced front right tire and did wheel alignement. Now the tire wearing has stopped.

But now I feel the vibrations from the right front suspension of the car. These vibrations are more prominant when the car engine is cold. During this time when the engine is cooler, it feels like the car is dragging and vibrations can be felt easily. Once the engine is hot, the vibrations are not that prominent, but I can still feel them intermittently.

Is it something with the suspension? Or affect of wheel alignment? What should be the next step? What would be the approx cost of fixing this?

You should check stablizer links (because they always break on a Focus). Also check tie rod ends. Make sure the front coil springs aren't broke. And finally have an alignment check and a motor mounts check.
