2003 Ford Focus 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

The past two mornings the speedometer, gas gauge, and temp gauge have all gone straight to 0 as soon as the car is started, but then yesterday afternoon it was fine and all was working okay. I tried turning it off and restarting it but nothing changed today. What do you think could be wrong?
