Car started fine this morning. Moved the car vcloser to my house since it was freezing outside. Did not turn car off, but did not have engine running. Just left car on with a/c to heat the car a bit. When I returned to car about 10 minutes later, and turned key to start engine, all I got was a clicking sound and dash board lights. Rado works, and car lights work fine. Could it be the starter? Do I need to change it?

It sounds like your battery discharged, especially in the low tempatures, recharge or replace. Its best to leave car running since the alternator would keep the battery charged.
