Electrical problem
2002 Ford Focus 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

My husband Kelly spent 6 hours getting the old starter out of my car and then went back and tried to put the new one in and spent two hours doing that and we still don't have it in. Is there a secret that we need to know to getting this new starter put back in my car. Thank you.
