Misfire

Engine Performance problem
2002 Ford Focus 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 115000 miles

I have a 2002 Ford Focus with the 2.0 splitport motor in it and it is misfiring when idling but has no loss of power. During trouble shooting Ive replaced the coil pack and plugs to no avail. I had it on a computer and it showed a misfire in 2 of the cylinders also..... Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
