BUSTED KNUCKLES 202

My 2002 ford focus is sitting in my driveway and I can't get it to start! The battery is good, and the alternator is charging the battery. I think i may have a short, cause it won't crank and I get nothing. If someone is in the car and i try to wiggle/move the wires it will sometimes start. Then if I drive it somewhere and park it, It won't start again. I pulled codes and I'm getting P1246,P1506,P1709. my Solus tells me to ref. to F091,F092 for curcuit info but I don't know were to find that info? It would idle high, and all I would have to do is let off the clutch and it would go. I cleaned the MAF sensor and it seemed to help that problem cause if i pushed the clutch in the RPM would raise. But the check engine light came on on my way home and never started after that! I had a new clutch put in and was wondering if that could have cut/shorted a wire that would be a common problem since you have to drop the sub-frame? It's driving me crazy! 2.0 L4 EEC-V SEFI, not the DOHC Zetec motor.Clutch Safety switch. This keeps the engine from cranking over unless the clutch is depressed.I've Unpluged the safety switch and make sure the pins there aren't bent or damaged. I've use a paper clip to short these two wires together, no start still! Any suggestions, or test to run?
