1994 Ford Falcon car wont start

car cranks over but wont start reset the smart lock still the same

Is it a distributor ignition or coil pack engine?

distributer checked spark to plugs all ok
If you have spark you should have injection pulse, but just check that anyway, and can you hear the fuel pump cycle? it should run for a few sec then shut off when you turn the key to on, check that next.

checked fuel pump ok pulse ok cheched plugs dry no fuel any hints
You will have to check fuel rail pressure, if you have rail pressure and injection pulse, you will have fuel into the engine, we must establish fuel rail pressure and confirm injection pulse.

mark we removed the injector electics and then replaced and car fired and ran dont know why but thats what happened.

may have been a problem with a plug connection, any way your running again and that is the main thing.
