Electrical problem
1993 Ford Falcon 6 cyl Automatic

The wagon's computer went on the blink and I fitted another used one.
Car now won't Idle and seems to lack power in lower gear (automatic) and backfires now and then.Also feels like non constant petrol feed - also not sure if gears are clicking over correctly.
Does the computer number have to be the same as the faulty one or will a later model work? My old one was 3DCB
