Electrical problem
2010 Ford Fairlane V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 40000 miles

I recently purchased a 56 ford fairlane and the horn keeps blowing when I put the horn ring back on the steering wheel. The problem is I had to put the horn button assembly together because it was apart and in the glove box. I need instructions on how to asswmble the parts and I need to know if all the parts are there. I feel that a insulator of some kind may be missing. Thanks for helping. John
