I was having trouble starting my Ford E-350 van.
!999 150,000 miles, two wheel drive, automatic
5.4 liter engine.
The starter would juswt spin and after a few tries it would catch it got worse of coarse then I got the ring gear replaced and a brand new starter and NEW battery at the same time. Now 6 months later (today) the starter spun again. I am worried that it may ruin the flywheel again. I have never had this kind of trouble with any other vehicle.
Any ideas? 8)
