2000 Ford F350 no power

2000 Ford F350 V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic
I have no power to the ignition.no power to truck period.checked battery actually reads negligible voltage like it is shorted.heard a pop in circuit board.checked all fuses all good.not sure how to check relays.But battery did read 1.0 zero out so possible short in wire from battery?thank you in advance.
