I was replacing a battery

I have a 1970, ford F-250 with a 390, well I did something stupid. When I was replacing a battery I connected the wrong cable to the terminal. So I heard a small pop, like something blew, im not really sure what I should start checking first, or what I have to replace.

Better check the fusible links at the starter relay-
