I have a 90 model ford f 250 with a 5.8 engine, its has duel gas tanks also. My question is can I repalce the plastic fuel line on it with the rubber fuel line, the plasctic line broke an i'm haveing a hard time finding a replacement line

Yes you can as long as the fittings connect without leaking
