I have a F250 Deisel 4wd automatic. I parked it the other day and now it won't shift out of park. I unhooked the linkage and the trans. shifts fine. I have the steering wheel off. What causes the shifter to lock up. The turnsignal doesn't want to lift over the shaft. How do I get the sleeve off.
