Brake trouble

Hi, I was wondering if you had any information on why my 1993 Ford f250 3/4 ton's front brakes are not fully releasing? It will come to a complete stop without use of the break pedal. I have replaced the left caliper, both lines, master cylinder, and booster. But yet the pads are always rubbing, and then will result in smoking from both the calipers. I would greatly appreciate any info regarding this matter. Thank you.
