how do you blead the brakes on a 2003 Ford F150 4.7 liter with 100,000 miles on it

on the back you of the brake assembly you should see a fitting that ressembles a grease fitting. then clean it off and put on a wrench that fits it and then a rubber hose over the end and submerge it into a bottle full of brake fluid. then have someone pump the breaks a few times with car running or not your choice then depress pedal and keep steady pressure, while they keep the steady pressure loosen the fitting and you shoudl see bubbles apear int he brake fluid. then close it and have them pump the breaks again, do this untill no more air bubbles apear, then go to other side and repeat untill no more air bubbles.
