Truck floods

My 1984 ford f150 300 6 cylinder is running too rich to the point it fouls the plugs, I've tried everything.
It has 125000 miles, but is still a good truck. help.

I've tried all but taking a hammer to it. I've changed the distributor and the TFI module, checked the wiring and it does have a carb.
