Specs for front rotor

does anyone know what the min. Specs should be on the rotor`s?

Why, do they need to be turned down? I think it is stamped right on the rotor somewhere, could be under the rust. Machine shop will tell you right off the bat if shaving them will exceed minimum thickness.

Discard is at.96 " or 24.45 mm.

My opinion is to replace them if it is a matter of doing the brake job. I found advance auto wearever rotors very reasonable in cost and dependable as any other.

I'll second the wearevers, I bought some rotors, guardian I think, they were like 9 dollars apiece, worked excellent. Kind of hard to even find a place toturn rotors, most are throwaways, like brake drums. Talking standard issue parts.
