Probe won't start

1994 Probe 2.5L 150000miles
Cranks won't start, Fuel pressure is 40psi with key on, spark at all plugs, compression 75. Car was running fine. Next morning wouldn't start. Code in memory=08 Voltage at Mass Air Flow harness (MC VAF & Ground) 4.0volts. Tried new plugs and plug wires, didn't help.

75 lbs of compression sounds a little low. Need to get a "noid" light and check for injector pulse

Thanks so much for your response. I have impulses at all injectors. One other note, the day before the car would not start it was running rough and seemed to have lost some power.
