Ford F-150 Repair Question

Miss fire.
I have a 2001 Ford F150 V6. For some reason today it started to miss fire. My check engine soon light came on and it runs really rough. The wires and plugs look ok. The coil pack looks ok too. What can I do to fix this problem.

Get the engine code read by a local parts store and see what it is faulting.
