Ok it could be a fuel injector. So what I need to know is if you have a digital multi meter and what engine is in your F-150 and is it 4x4 and is it a flex fuel truck? Get back to me and we will test the injector to see if it is bad ok.

Ok first unplug the injector and then check the ohms across the injector terms. You should see around 1200 or so. If you like you can check the resistance of the injector next to it and that will give you the base value. It is giving the value of the non flex fuel injecto so that is what I have to go by. If your ohms is lower by alot or infinet then the injector if the problem. Hope this helps. Get back to me with what you find.

Ok if you have a good coil and good coil on boot and the plug it good and gaped right and the injector ohm's out right it is only two things left to believe. The injector is pluged or the compression is low in that cylinder. Have you tryied an injector cleaner like seafoam or something? Have done a compression test?
