2004 Ford F150 2004 F150 WILL NOT IDLE
Engine Mechanical problem
2004 Ford F150 V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 165000 miles
The engine will idle when cold but not when it is warm. It stalls when driving down the street with no throttle applied or just coasting. Just had the transmission replaces and they had to disconnect the battery. That is when the problem started. I have tried restarting it and letting "learn" but this does not work.

Could be the idle air control valve/motor or PCV and EGR valves and again it might not be reaching the point for the computer to relearn its memory within 40 restarts
