I am trying to replace the rear rotors on a 2003 2wd Ford F-150. I have removed the caliper and the rotor will not budge. Am I missing something?

The rotor is probably binding on the parking brake shoe and linings, remove the adjusting hole access plug and contract the parking brake shoe and lining using the adjuster. this video can help
