Engine hesistates. Check engine light on. Had it analyzed, says check spark plug and coil on cyclinder no. 8. Which cylinder is no. 8? 4.6 L engine

Your truck has coil on plug setup(COP) with 100,000 miles, it's time for the complete tune up, not just cylinder #8!
