DOES A BROKEN LEAF SPRING EFECT REAR WHEEL ALIGNMENT. LEFT REAR WHEEL DOES NOT TRACK THE LEFT FRONT.

yes if a spring is broken then it can affect wheel alignment but usually both wheels should be tracking wrong in the back then..
have you checked the bearings?
maybe the front suspension is what is bad as well.
