2000 Ford F-150 Won`t start

Engine Performance problem
2000 Ford F150 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

ok first we changed fuel pump in tank. Then we checked to see if it was firing. The fuel is at 38 to 40 lbs it is getting fire. But it will not start turns over but won`t start. We got a scaner put on it but it said no faults. What is the next step?

Check if the injectors are pulsing if not -test for power on the red wire on the injector harness no power check fuse no. 18 15amp if power is present-last stop is to test the injector ground drivers circuit in the computer

It is getting fuel and firing it just won`t start checked fuse and hooked it up to a scaner and it said nothing is wrong

Injectors spraying fuel okay -Ignition and valve timing -Put engine no.1 piston on its compression stroke/TDC and align the cam and crank sprockets as you see below

I read in manual for truck that theft system should stay on three sec when the key is in the on spot. But instead it blanks fast and does not stop. Could the theft system be on or the code key messed up? The guy started the truck using the solinod could that cause this

The starter works it turns over just won` crank Sorry TO TROUBLE YOU just wanted to ask if that might keep it from running

Starter cranking engine over but no start-could also be the theft deterrent device disabling the ignition circuit-both fuel and spark

Do the solenoid thing again this time when cranking the engine look for spark at the plug wires.

Ok did that and when I pulled the wire off and hold it close to the plug you see the spark

Now we need fuel to go with the spark-do you hear the fuel pump come on, if so check the fuel pressure

Your fuel pressure is okay I've asked you earlier if the injectors pulsing-if they don't pulse it won't give fuel therefore no start.

If you have the auto theft deterrent device could be coming from there. Also check the engine compression. Sir you need professional help here I've given you all I got and nothing seems to be working-

You're gettig spark and correct fuel pressure you indicate the injector are pulsing-now we need to know the engine compression and valve/ignition timing if its within specification.
