1999 Ford F150 fuel delivery

It has gotten to the point where i need to crank the ignition for 30 to 45 seconds before fuel delivery kicks in. Once it has started it will start up with no problem as long as the truck has not been shut off for more than an hour. It also bogs down with quick acceleration, gradual acceleration is fine. Where should I start looking with these symptons, fuel pump, injectors or other.

Do you have a check engine light or has flashed?

Lets start by checking the fuel pressure with a fuel pressure gauge designed for your fuel system making sure its within specs and testing the ignition switch then comeback with it and we'll continue
