1998 Ford F150 V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 179000 miles
When i come to a complete stop with my foot on the brake the transmission just keeps going and the truck wants to die. what would be wrong in the tranny to make it do that

Idle speed maybe too high? Does this happen at all stops ? or when comming off hiway speeds?
