1997 Ford F-150 97 F-150 runs ruff

97 f150 runs ruff has mil codes po174, po305 & po401. It had code po404 and I chaged the #4 coil and it ran good for 3 days then started this no visable vaccum leakes and the plugs looked when I changed the coil

P0174= too lean bank 2
P0305= Misfire cylinder 5
P0401= EGR insufficient flow.
Pull the egr off, clean the port under it all the way to the throttle plate, I use a length of steel coathanger. Put it all back together, reset the codes, if light comes on again, replace the EGR position sensor, thats the one the two small hoses from the exhaust plug into! This may solv the whole problem, but you may also need to clean out the upper intake manifold, especially to # 5 cylinder.
