I have a 1991 f-150 4x4 with a 302efi. I have a set of shorty headers and H pipe off my fox body mustang. Will the fit on my f-150?

no the headers from your 302 mustang will not fit on your truck.
the ports on the mustang headers should be oval while the exhoust ports on the truck engine are square.also headers on a street leagel truck realy messes up the o2 sensor.
