We replaced the IAC and then the truck was stalling and bucking. We then replaced the throtle positioning sensor, and now it's idling very high. Any ideas?

Is the iac leaking? If it is not completely air tight you will have a issue with air getting past it and causing a surging idle.

When you replaced the TPS did you mark the old one so new one was installed the same? If not a slight variation can cause a big reading causing the idle to be extremely high or extremely low
