There is a fog of dirt and dust on the inside of headlight lense. Can these be removed to clean or can I spray water in there after lightbulb is removed to rinse them out? Will the water drain out? This is cutting down on my visibility alot.

You can take out the assembly and clean it out with water. Make sure it drives properly or there will be alot of moisture in there.

Are you sure its dirt in there because its a sealted headlight and if dirt getting in water should be too. To clean it you have to take the headlight assembly off and do so. For 30 bucks id just replace them as the outside is probably dull also
