Tensioner Pulley

I'm in process of replacing the belt on a 96 explorer 5.0 V8. I am having trouble finding the release for the tensioner pulley. Referencing the following picture http://autorepair.about.com/library/illustrations/bl779lib.htm The diagram under the hood says the red is an idler as well as the bottom left. The tensioner pulley is directly above the idler on the bottom left. Am I close? How do I loosen the tensioner to install new belt.
THanks

I'll take your word for it. :)
the tension is released in one of two ways. For those units equipped with a half inch square drive hole use a half inch drive breaker bar. For those units without use a suitable size socket on the breaker bar or a large long wrench on the tensioner idler pulley center bolt.
