I took my 2002 Ford explorer to the Ford Dealer that I bought the truck from and had the oil changed. When I dorve away thew truck killed right after I left the dealer. It killed again two block away. I went back to the deraler and he came with me to the car and found that he had to add 6 quarts of oil. They had drained the engine buut did not put any oil inot the engine. He filled the engine with oil and then drove the truck and said everything would be OK because there are sensors in the engine to stp it before it causes any damage. Ist that true? What should I do?

That's perfect world scenario! It's true they have sensors to dissable the truck but it should not have started! If you drove a block, get a guarantee from the owner of the dealership that they will replace the engine if it needs one! And have them admit in writing that they forgot the oil!
