I have a 2005 ford explorer. I noticed recently that it was taking a while for the heat to come on and then I started hearing a flapping noise between the steering wheel and the air controls. This flapping noise would continue until I adjusted the temp. control back towards cold. Sometimes it would be normal as I had the heat on and then I would hear the flapping noise again and the air would be cool. What do you think?
