2002 Ford Explorer grinding

i have a 2002 ford exployer and when i turn right or left it seems that the tires are grinding but when you drive forward you dont hear nothing its only when you turn or when you take off, its almost like the tire are stuck but there not but thats what it feels like, changed a wheel bearing on the back passenger side and 3 weeks later the noise started,
dont have much money for mechanics to start changing all kinds of parts and nothing changing ..can you please help me?
