I got a 2001 ford explorer sport utility 4x4 SUV, and the brake calipers on both sides in the front of the vehicle are stuck halfway out which is making the brake pads rub the rotors all the time, both sides are like this in the front they are stuck out at the same distance which makes the brakes rub all the time, i am trying to find a solution why the calipers stay stuck half way out and won't release and go back in after release of the brake, the brake pads rub really bad you can clean the wheel and in just a little bit it will be covered with brake dust again, thanks for your time
