2000 Ford Explorer replace transmission seal

2000 Ford Explorer V8 All Wheel Drive Automatic 131k miles
My transmission was running fine , no noticable problems, but I lost all of the fluid in one shot, and a friend told me it was a front seal that blew out. can you give me an idea of how much to repair.
